1. What surface does it need to be on?
- Re-inforced concrete slab, 75-100mm thick, over hang 100mm at the front, and 50mm on side. Flat and level

2. What colour should I choose?
- Suits the overall environment
- Match Gutters
- Match the colour of your house

3. How fast can we deliver?
- We have a large number of retailers

4. Does it come with Pumps?
- No it doesn’t come with a pump, but we or our retailers can supply you with a pump

5. Does it come with fittings?
- Brass fittings X 3 1”
- Inlet and outlet Filter, Leaf and insect strainer

6. Dimensions?
- 1500 Litre - 680w X 1460 l X 2100 h
- 2300 Litre - 660 w X 2170 l X 2100 h
- 3000 Litre - 670w X 3100 l X 2100 h

7. Can the tank be buried to a certain level
- Yes, upto 700mm of the tank can be buried, if you want to get the tank under your eaves, you will still have to lay the tank on a reinforced concrete slab as per normal instructions.

8. How long is the warranty?
- 10 Year warranty

9. Can you drink the water?
- Although the tank is made with a food grade UV20 Polyethylene material, it is recommended not to drink the water due to the amount of pollutants in our atmosphere, however this can be overcome with a high grade filter.

10. Can I get a discount if I want 2 or more tanks?
- Yes, please talk to our sales staff and we will be more than happy to work a deal out for you.

11. How long does it take to fill up a tank?
- 1 square metre of roofing is equivalent to 1 litre of water when 1mm of rain occurs.

12. Do you deliver?
- Yes we do deliver in all states that we operational in which is New South Wales and Victoria

13. Do your tanks fit the criteria for a rebate?
- Yes they do, each state differs slightly with their requirements.
